The hotel is perfectly located just a five-minute walk from the historic centre, making it easy to explore the charming medieval architecture that I absolutely adore. One of the standout features was the breakfast buffet, which offered a refreshing selection of local products-far from the typical continental fare I often encounter. As a history professor, I truly appreciate when a place reflects its regional heritage, even in small ways like this. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made me feel right at home after a long journey. Having the convenience of free Wi-Fi and parking is always a bonus for a cyclist like me, eager to hit the trails up Limburg Mountain and soak in the beautiful surroundings. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Engelhof to anyone keen on both local history and outdoor adventures!
